A full service may include:

Complete movement overhaul
Ultrasonic cleaning of components
Replacement of worn parts
Resealing and water-resistance testing
Timing and performance regulation
Case and bracelet refinishing (where appropriate)

If additional work is required – such as glass, dial or component replacement – we will clearly outline whether this is essential or recommended before proceeding. No additional work is ever carried out without your approval.

Certain services can be completed in our award-winning workshop in Leicester:

Battery Replacement – Professional battery fitting, with optional resealing and pressure testing where required.

Strap Replacement & Customisation – Choose from luxury leather or metal straps, with a selection of buckles, stitching and finishes to personalise your timepiece.

Cleaning & Resizing – Light polishing, bracelet resizing and general cleaning to keep your watch looking its best.

We work with trusted, brand-accredited specialists and can service most luxury watch brands. In some cases, we may recommend returning the watch directly to the manufacturer.

Yes. We provide a clear estimate before any work is undertaken. No additional repairs are carried out without your approval.

CAN YOU SERVICE POCKET WATCHES AND CLOCKS?

Yes. We can arrange servicing and repairs for pocket watches through our trusted specialist partners. Bring your piece into our showroom for assessment and advice.
